James Die

James has 15 years of corporate finance experience.  Prior to joining Sabinal, James worked at a concentrated solar startup (Heliogen) after the sale of Indigo Natural Resources in 2021 to Southwestern Energy. James has also worked at E&Ps in multiple basins across the United States in various finance roles of increasing responsibility. He began his career at EY in the Houston office. James brings an in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, forecasting and modeling and raising capital.

He received a Bachelor of Arts and an MS in Accounting from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
